All reservations must be submitted through our official online platform:

- Priority will be given to teams accommodated via our official travel agency. Their reservations will be processed first, until 27 April 2025.
- Starting 28 April 2025, any remaining slots will be made available to all participating teams.
Available Training Slots
Training slots are scheduled between 19-22 May 2025, with times detailed on the platform.; additional slots will open once match schedules are confirmed.
Reservation Request Deadline
Final deadline to submit reservation requests: 18 May 2025.
Fair Use Policy for 22 May 2025
On 22 May 2025, each team may reserve a maximum of one hour to ensure equal access for all. • We kindly request all teams to respect time limits and contribute to a fair and efficient scheduling process.
Payment Details
Payment Details
- Payment Method: Once the team submits a booking request, an automated pre-confirmation email will be sent, including payment links to proceed.
- Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the payment link to confirm the reservation.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after verification of the payment.
- Refund Policy Refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy and will be initiated after the conclusion of the championship.

A total of four training pitches will be available for use:
- Venue I: La Carrasca Open location
- Venue II: Tarongers Open location
- Venue III: Beteró Open location
- Hockey 5’s Field: Tarongers Open location
Please note: Teams are responsible for bringing their own training equipment.

- Modifications (date/time/venue changes) are allowed up to 48 hours before the reservation, subject to availability.
- The organization reserves the right to cancel any bookings in case of violations of booking procedures.
